I have served as a Bereavement Group Facilitator for online support sessions with Cruse Bereavement Support, a leading charity in the field of bereavement/grief counselling. Additionally, I have gained experience as a counsellor with the mental health charity MIND, where I provided therapeutic counselling to individuals facing mental health challenges.
Alongside my existing qualifications, I am in the process of completing additional professional qualifications in Trauma Informed Therapy.
We all experience times of difficulty in our lives when events or relationships feel overwhelming, or we can feel a loss of direction or purpose. As a qualified therapist, I offer clients the support and chance to talk through difficult life challenges in a safe and supportive space. Together we can explore your situation which will help make sense of those challenging times and offer a way through them, moving towards a better understanding of yourselves and your feelings.
I provide both short and long-term therapy for adult individuals in person at my practices in Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone, extending my services in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Ashford, Croydon, Bromley and South East London and offer online counselling to individuals across the UK. Online sessions are via MS Teams, or if you have a preferred platform such as Google Meet, that's completely fine, so long as we agree that the platform is appropriately secure and confidential.
Finding the right therapist is essential to successful therapy. How will you know if I'm the right person? It's a big question. Well, you'll be dedicating time and resources, so it is vital for you to feel comfortable working with me so you can get the most from therapy.
If you're ready to take the next step to work towards healing and change, I'd love to walk alongside you. Whatever feels most comfortable for you, whether face-to-face or online. For online sessions, It's important that you have a quiet, confidential space, preferably with a good internet connection!
I believe that healing begins with feeling heard and understood. Our sessions will be a place where you can express yourself freely, without fear of judgment or pressure.
Whatever you're going through, I'm here to listen and support you. Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but talking to someone who understands can make a world of difference.
Counselling is a healing process that brings wholeness to the mind, emotions, and spirit. Through compassionate counselling,I guide individuals to confront past hurts, release burdens, and rediscover inner peace. By addressing emotional wounds and unresolved trauma, I can help you rebuild resilience, restore your sense of self, and cultivate a deeper connection to your life's purpose.
Life can be overwhelming, and you don't have to go through it alone. I am here to listen, support, and gently guide you as you navigate through your personal challenges.
Counselling is not just about resolving problems; it's about discovering new aspects of yourself. Together, we can explore your inner world, helping you gain deeper insight into your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions.
Since no two people are the same, I work with you to develop an approach that suits your specific circumstances. Whether you're seeking to resolve past trauma, manage anxiety, or work through relationship difficulties, we will co-create a plan that helps you feel more in control and empowered.

Counselling can provide support for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, identity and personal growth. It offers a safe space to explore feelings, gain insights, and develop strategies for coping and healing.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss your concerns and goals for therapy. We'll explore your reasons for seeking counselling and begin to outline a personalized approach to support your needs. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions you might have.
Sessions last 50 minutes. However, the frequency and duration of sessions can be tailored to your specific needs and preferences, whether you're seeking short-term support or long-term therapy.
The number of sessions varies from person to person, depending on your individual circumstances and goals. Some people may benefit from just a few sessions, while others may prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We will regularly review your progress to ensure the counselling continues to meet your needs.
Yes, counselling is strictly confidential. Everything discussed in sessions remains private unless there are legal or ethical obligations to disclose information, such as concerns about your safety or the safety of others. These guidelines will be explained clearly at the start of therapy.
No diagnosis is required to seek counselling. Many people choose to work with a counsellor to explore personal challenges, improve relationships, or gain clarity in their lives, regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis.
If you're unsure, I encourage you to schedule an initial consultation. This allows us to discuss your concerns, answer any questions, and determine whether counselling is the right fit for you at this time.
